Basmati Rice Pilaf: Vegetable Oil. Cinnamon Stick. Green Cardamom Pods. Onion. Basmati Rice. Water. Salt.

Onion Relish: Vidalia Onion. Sweet Paprika. Lime Juice. Sugar. Salt. Cayenne Pepper.
